Business Problem: Formulate a current business problem using examples and descriptions drawn from scholarly literature or a specific business organization.

Using your ABRP or the Example Project, identify and briefly explain the business problem.
Explain the problems relationship to the research question.

Research Question: Refine the business problem into one or more research questions to define a research objective suitable for investigation.

From the business problem, explain the research questions that require an exploratory qualitative inquiry.
Address the purpose and intent of the business problem with each question.

Interview Guide: Create a preponderance of interview questions relevant to the research questions.

Provide an interview guide of at least 10 questions to elicit data for answering the research questions.
Craft interview questions that are sufficiently open-ended to permit the interviewee to provide rich answers.

Expert Review: Explain how to arrange an expert review of the interview guide, including a method for identifying and qualifying experts to serve on the review.

Describe how you will set up an expert review of your interview guide.
Explain the role of expert review in certifying the credibility and integrity of the work while mitigating participant risk.

Pilot Study: Explain how a pilot study ensures that the responses prompted by the interview guide adequately address the research questions.

Describe a pilot study that you could use to test the interview guide before use with actual participants.
Explain how the pilot study mitigates participant risk.
